Restaurant Daheim in Lohme

The best restaurant on Rügen! Unfortunately, we discovered this restaurant on the last evening of our Rügen week. Nice, friendly, very efficient service .. Great decor, pleasantly maritime .. And an excellent selection of dishes at reasonable prices .. We would have eaten all the plates that passed us! Combined with a visit and hike to the Kaiserstuhl, this restaurant is a must! Whether to reserve and come back the next day, as we did, or stay there at noon ... Had just eaten the delicious pea soup from the goulash canon at the Hagen parking lot. ;-) Unfortunately, many restaurants on Rügen are set to "only visit once" and the friendliness, service and quality are adjusted accordingly. Not here.. Come here and see for yourself .. We were happy to drive half an hour from Binz ..

The restaurant Daheim in Lohme already looks very inviting from the outside. You immediately feel at home in the restaurant. The interior, the lovingly designed facilities invite you to linger. And the really very, very nice and previous waitress adds to it. You don't really want to leave here. Each of us had ordered a different dish and when this came there was an instant ahh, ohh feeling. The portions are very rich and yet incredibly tasty. Although you are actually already full, you can't stop eating ? because it is really delicious ?. Despite Corona, the concept in this restaurant ? completely convinced us. So we decided to come here one more time and pamper our palates. Not only is the food very good, no, the delicious drinks on offer are also extremely enjoyable. We spent a wonderful evening here in a great atmosphere. Once again we felt very comfortable and the food ? was very good, as on our first visit. If you are near Lohme here, I recommend a visit to this great restaurant. Here we were able to make reservations and were warmly welcomed. The map is big enough and written well and understandably. The preparation of the dishes was great. Despite the hustle and bustle and the circumstances, the staff remained friendly and attentive. The fish soup was a poem with enough deposits ?

Nice, small restaurant right in Lohme. Friendly staff. Great food! I came here spontaneously in the evening and even got a table, albeit with a 1-hour limit, which was okay. The service was very attentive. The food came quickly and tasted very good. The fried potatoes (with onions and spring onions) tasted wonderful! The fish was glassy and was juicy. Clean toilets and the spacious parking lot complete this experience. Absolute recommendation!

This is how you imagine a small, cozy fish restaurant! The food was excellent. We had fish soup and fish curry - everything that couldn't be better. The service is friendly and the service quick and attentive. All in all very recommendable! But it is advisable to reserve!

Great restaurant which you can recommend. Service very nice and very attentive. The ambience is very nice and the whole restaurant is very clean. Food tastes good, but could use a little more seasoning to my liking. But that's complaining at a high level. Stay as you are !!

Service was very friendly & fast, there were no long waiting times despite good visitors. A meal was unfortunately not entirely to our satisfaction but it was canceled without any problems. All in all, a nice visit and can only be recommended

Here you can eat very well and deliciously. The service was very friendly and human. Despite the full restaurant, you were given proper advice. The portions were plentiful and very freshly prepared. If you want to eat here, you should reserve a table in advance. It's really worth it here.

Amazing authentic fish restaurant.

Excellent food, highly recommended. The portions were very large, so you definitely need to be hungry here. The fish was very tender and cooked perfectly. The prices are more than justified. The staff is very friendly and we really liked the beautiful beer garden. We are very happy that we chose this restaurant.

Delicious food! Fish dishes mouthwatering! Once tried, came back there for dinner every night during the vacation! Friendly personnel as well. Must be the best restaurant in the area.

Don't be fooled by appearances. The restaurant looks inconspicuous, but what they bring on the plates is a fairy tale. Atmospheric interior, plenty of space outside. High opinions are fully deserved. Yesterday eaten - garlic cream soup, very delicate. Schnitzel with eggs, very well prepared meat, and delicious fried potatoes. And the fish. The cod is amazing, both in fishburger and as a separate dish. Not baked, but made delicately, super juicy. Sweet potatoes are great. The kids have eaten the pasta. Applause for the cook. Brownie dessert with delicious ice cream. The only downside - we left all fed up ?. We barely moved but everything was delicious. The best place on the island so far. Finally, a few words about service. Everyone is nice, smiling, very helpful. Special thanks to Martyna and Chantelle, the girls were helpful, nice, cheerful (very nice for free?), they helped to find a place, choose dishes, arrange transport to Sassnitz. Super good food as well as services! Adorable place to stay for a break after long walk in the woods or the seaside. Fish soup is delicious!

Really subpar experience. The fish soup had hardly any taste even though there are many pieces of fish. The Scholle was on special. It was the first time I had a fish that had absolutely no taste. Will not go again.

It was really tasty - for me it is one of the best places to have a dinner on Rügen! As a vegetarian you also have a choice (in opposite to some other locations). They offer also desserts, which are also tasty - the thing is only: the dishes are really big, it is difficult to think about something sweet after the main course

Great and friendly service, restaurant was full but our food came quickly. We didn't have a reservation but the staff did their best to get us a table as soon as possible. We had some amazing fresh fish (Rotbarsch and Dorsch). The small restaurant is nicely decorated on the inside and it also has a tables outside in case you want to enjoy the sun.
